To Pay Online
To make your premium payment online, grab your invoice and go to our Premium Payment website (ACI).* Follow the instructions listed on your invoice.
If you haven't already registered, you'll need to:
Step 1: Register on our Premium Payment website.
Step 2: Register by following the instructions online.
Step 3: Make your payment.
*Be sure to have your invoice nearby.
Other Ways to Pay
To make a payment, we will ask you for information about your account. Please make sure to have the following items nearby:
- Your Member ID card
- Your invoice (you will need to provide the ID number at the bottom of the invoice)
- Method of payment. We accept the following types:
To make a payment by phone:
There are two easy ways to pay by phone. You can use the automated system or you can have one of our Associates help you with the payment process:
- Call 1-855-554-7194.
- Press ”1” to use the automated system.
- Press ”2” to speak to an Associate.
- Your payment is complete when you receive your confirmation number. Please stay on the line until you receive your confirmation number.
To mail your payment:
